Situated right at the mouth of Oban Bay, you can enjoy the tremendous views this provides over the town of Oban, Oban Bay and the islands beyond.  We are as close as you can get to the narrow channel in and out of the bay that passes in front of our windows and outdoor terrace.  There is always something to watch, be it boats, wildlife or the wonderful scenery.

Of our 14 available accommodations over three floors, 9 have views of Oban Bay.  Our rooms range from Suites, sea view rooms, cosy non sea view rooms with woodland views and a self catering apartment, sleeping four.  All rooms are ensuite, well furnished and have all the hospitality items you would expect from 4* accommodation.  Superking and King beds are standard.  Our Sea view Suite and one of our Premium Sea view Superking doubles are on the ground floor.

We offer ROOM ONLY accommodation in rooms designed for you to relax in.  The town of Oban has a wealth of options for breakfast, lunch and dinner, not to mention seafood, cakes, chocolate, ice cream and Whisky.

Oban is also famous for the landmark McCaigs Tower which stands proudly over the town, offering marvellous views.  Designed as a testament to his family by John S McCaig, he also found the time to build Barriemore in 1895.
